Session Description
For credit unions with assets up to $25 million, this session will provide the participants with the opportunity, in an informal setting, to network with their peers, share best practices, and brainstorm about issues that are critical for small credit unions to survive and thrive.
About the Speaker
 Andrew T. Price, Esq., CUCE is the Senior Vice President of Compliance & Credit Union Development/General Counsel for the Florida Credit Union League. His area of work concentrates on compliance and regulatory representation. He was formerly employed as the Cabinet a Legislative Affairs Director for the Office of Financial Regulation where he represented OFR before the Florida Cabinet and the Florida Legislature. He further represented the agency on cases concentrating on securities, banking, finance, money transmitter, deferred presentment providers, and others. Andy also served as a Cabinet Aide to Comptroller Milligan at the Department of Banking and Finance prior to the departmental reorganization in 2002. Prior to attending law school, he was employed as a paralegal in the law firm of Swann & Hadley, P.A. in Winter Park, Florida where his duties concentrated on Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Foreclosures, Banking Law, and Acquisitions and Mergers.
