In this session, you will learn tips on how to plan and successfully host a dinner party at your home for up to 20 people. Tips include sending invitations, decorations, planning your menu, place setting, and center pieces. With over 32 years experience, Nector Collazo knows shortcuts that will allow you more time to be the perfect host for the perfect dinner party.
About the Speaker
 Nector is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1980, he moved to Gainesville Florida to pursue a degree in Political Science. While pursuing college studies at The University of Florida, he began his involvement within the hotel industry. In September of 1987, he joined Marriott International at the Tampa Airport Marriott in Tampa, Florida. Seven years later, he moved back to San Juan to open The San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. In May of 1996, he joined the Orlando World Center Marriott, the company's Flagship Hotel. After seven wonderful years as the Assistant Director of Catering, it was again time to further his career. In January of 2003, he joined the magnificent JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes as the Director of Event Planning where he was part of the Pre-Opening Team. With over 20 years of hotel experience, he has handled many types of social events, including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Fundraisers and Christmas Parties, as well as many corporate and association events.
