Patrick La Pine
Patrick La Pine, President/CEO of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions, brings 10+ years of working for the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), starting out as a Government Affairs Specialist (state lobbyist) and rising to the level of Executive Vice President of Association Services. His background before coming to the LSCU has created a strong belief in service to members. Subsequently, everything we do as a League will begin and end with what is in the best interest of our member credit unions.
Marvin M. Garland
Marvin Garland has been with the FCUL Service Group and the Florida Credit Union League since 1997. Currently, he will oversee the LSCU Service Corporations. His responsibilities with the FCUL Service Group included overseeing the research, development, and implementation of new products, as well as operational duties on existing products. He has been instrumental in increasing the current product line offered and has proven to be a strong supporter of enhancing the competitive power of credit unions both in Florida and nationally.
