About the Speaker
Heather Thiltgen is the Vice President of Consumer Segment Programs for CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin. She manages strategic marketing segments to help credit unions attract and retain members. In this capacity, she drives product development, marketing, and channel strategies to meet credit union member needs. Before accepting her current position, she was the MemberCONNECT Program Director and managed the $450 million MemberCONNECT program for CUNA Mutual. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Member Acquisition Strategy for USAA, a Fortune 200 financial services company. She was responsible for acquiring and integrating new members. She also held a variety of marketing and product management positions while employed by USAA.
